this hotel was a huge letdown. the staff was barely helpful, and when I asked for coffee in the room, they acted like I was asking for diamond jewelry,. the bed was pushed against the wall, making it incredibly awkward for two people. I almost gave it a good review, but you know, I just couldn’t.

Cozy room with great amenities, but it felt a bit cramped with luggage.

Great base to explore the city with comfort. The rooms include a kettle, fridge, and TV, adding a nice touch for a relaxing stay.
A frustrating breakfast coupon system tied to a Starbucks card can confuse foreign guests. The nearest train stations require a bit of a walk, which may not suit everyone, especially after a long day of exploring.

Amazing staff made our stay special
We had a fabulous time! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us, like recommending local eateries. The English service was a bonus, too. It was nice being close to Tokyo Tower and lots of food spots, but parking was a bit of a hassle. Overall, such a cozy place!

The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the Haneda Express Monorail, connecting us to the airport and districts like Akihabara and Shibuya. The staff delivered excellent customer service, always attentive and eager to help. I appreciated the nearby convenience stores for snacks and the cozy room setup that met all our needs for a short stay.
The breakfast situation could be confusing due to the Starbucks card system.

Had a lovely stay with a cozy room and a powerful shower that made for a great start to the day. Enjoyed relaxing massages during the trip that really helped unwind after sightseeing. Just a heads-up, the room might feel a bit snug with the bed pushed against the wall, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

The location of Richmond is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from Hamamatsu station and 5 minutes from Daimon station. It is surrounded by many small restaurants and convenient stores, making it a vibrant area. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a TV, kettle, and fridge, which enhanced the overall comfort of my stay. Tokyo Tower is also within walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the city.

good stay with minor drawbacks
The location is absolutely fantastic! So many cafés and restaurants nearby. being just down the street from the Tokyo Tower was a huge plus. The lobby amenities had a lovely selection, which I appreciated after a long day. Using the washing machine was convenient, especially since I could check its status on the TV from my room. I also found the hotel to be a great base for exploring the city comfortably, with useful in-room amenities like a kettle and fridge.
The breakfast coupon system linked to a Starbucks card can be a bit confusing for foreign guests.
